How long does it take to get access to my trial environment?
It typically takes one business day to set up access to your trial environment after you've reviewed and acknowledged the protections in place for your data.
How many employees have access to the trial environment?
There’s no limit, but we recommend only giving access to members actively participating in the free trial sessions.
What kind of time commitment is expected of my team during the trial?
During your free-trial period, your team needs to be available to actively engage with our ERP experts. This includes calls, email, and the SharePoint site we set up for your team. This is all designed to help you get the most out of your Risk-Free Trial experience.

We use your company's data! Once we receive your data, we'll use it to demonstrate business processes so it has more meaning for you.

Yes! We take your company's data privacy very seriously. Access to your environment is restricted to our ERP experts and your team members only.
What happens after the trial period ends?
You have two weeks at the end of your trial period to evaluate Acumatica. We provide resources that help you make the best decision for your business. Following this period, we ask for your final decision on whether you want to move forward with a subscription.
What's next for my data if we subscribe to Stellar One?
When you subscribe to Stellar One within the decision period, your imported data is used as a base. Additions and modifications are done as needed.
What are the next steps if we decide to subscribe after the trial?
If you proceed, we ask you to sign your membership agreement documents. Once you sign, we initiate the next phase of your implementation, continuing seamlessly from where your Risk-Free Trial left off.
What happens to my company's data if we decide not to subscribe?
If you decide to not move forward with a Stellar One subscription, we permanently delete your Acumatica instance, including all your company data.
