• Check-in: Touch base with your Stellar One team for a systems check. We’re interested in your feedback so we can address any concerns or questions.

Week 3: Boost productivity

As you approach warp speed, it’s time to calibrate your order management and customer relationship management (CRM) processes.

• Sales and order management: Get the hang of sales order processing and management using best practices for managing customer orders and invoices. To upgrade your skills, you’ll create and manage sales orders through accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing.

• CRM: Discover ways to enhance customer relationships through better data tracking. Use exercises to work with your ERP system’s CRM capabilities for entering customer data and tracking interactions.

• Halfway review: Pause to reassess your trajectory. Are you still on course, or do we need to adjust your path for the next phase of your trial?

Week 4: Integrations and automation
